Our venture was born out of the merger of three companies with established engineering experience: Hoztu, Frigolan and Euskan. Together, we combine our knowledge to offer a more comprehensive and robust approach, covering each phase of the process and ensuring optimal results.

SOLUTIONS
Engineering for precise refrigeration
We draw on over 35 years of experience to design bespoke solutions compliant with the regulations in each sector. Our focus on ecodesign minimises environmental impact, by using natural refrigerants such as NH3 and CO2, or low-impact substances such as A2L.
We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of refrigeration, freezing, deep-freezing and chilled water storage plant and equipment. We efficiently and sustainably handle the needs of the food industry and other industrial sectors, guaranteeing optimal results in every project.
Engineering for comprehensive fish handling
We guarantee the highest animal welfare standards. We are leading international players in live fish transfer, logistics and handling, both at sea and at onshore plants (RAS), designing comprehensive logistics systems which include pumping, classification, counting and harvesting, using technology to take care of every detail of the process.
We provide bespoke refrigeration solutions, including cooling, water temperature control, ice generation, freezing and deep-freezing. At Kuari, we enhance aquaculture practice both at sea and onshore.
Engineering at the service of more sustainable fisheries
We design and manufacture refrigeration equipment and fish transfer solutions, for use both on-board and in port. Our aim is to ensure efficient handling of the catch, maintaining the cold chain at all times to preserve product quality.
We provide RSW refrigeration, freezing and deep-freezing systems, ice factories and vacuum pumps to load and offload the catch, tailored to the specific features of each operation. We prioritise sustainability, respecting both the product and the environment in every phase of the process.
